I had extraordinary service from Gaylord Safelite. Corey, the service technician was engaging. He answered questions and encouraged me to watch the process. It was seamless—well organized, efficient, professional. It was my first windshield replacement with Safelite. Given that I live on a gravel road, there is no question that I would contact Safelite if, or when, I need a new windshield.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. My 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid had ice damage to the windshield and would not calibrate. They did everything they could possibly do to recalibrate that system. Very polite people!

I tried to talk to a rep. and it doesn't give me an option. I have a insured that had work done by you. He didn't give us the receipt. I need it to get him some money back. I've tried 3 times. Each time I get hung up on. GGGRRRRR

It is beyond frustrating that I can't call and talk to a human 7 miles away to arrange for expedited service. AI has it's place, it's not replacing a neighbor I wish to send my business to. I can't review your quality because your interaction score is 0.
