We are on a 3 month temporary work assignment far from home living in a hotel in a tiny town. Biggest city 2.5 hours away. First weekend outing our 2 year old windshield splits from a tiny unexpected chip of rock. I expected to have to go a long distance to replace windshield and was very relieved to find a local safelite would come to me at the hotel. Time frame was Am or Pm. I choose pm so I could exercise, shower, etc and not wait around for them. Due to an oversight William showed up at about the exact time in the morning I would have wanted him to come. It took awhile to connect with me as I didn't hear the phones with the shower and hairdryer blowing but it all worked out perfectly. Pleased with the service and glad that if we have issues when we go home safelite is there as well. Can't beat the value since my insurance paid for the very expensive windshield.
