Painless, thorough work.
I would like to say it was a pleasure to utilize Safelite, as the representative was great in communicating his arrival time, cleaned out all evidence of glass throughout the vehicle, and put in the windshield, and replaced the wipers as ordered. He was very professional, and a made the experience a quick process and completed with great detail.

This gentleman came promptly did a fabulous job and was extremely friendly. I am just someone he had to replace glass for but you can tell he truly cared about my safety and well-being the way you made sure to try and get every speckle of glass. He even vacuum to my driveway off where the glass had fallen out of my vehicle as he worked on it to make sure my kids did not step on it as he saw the car seat in the vehicle. If I were ever to need a replacement again I would definitely go through this Safelite store rather than the places I have done business in the past! This gentleman truly understands the importance of his job and the quality of service the company expects. Way to go the extra mile!!!

The representative was polite, but the repair was not successful and now we have to replace the whole windshield. We can not have the repair done again, which we feel was not repaired correctly the first time. So now we just have to deal with it. Which was explained to us when it was done.

The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. Pickup windshield replacement
Had to have my windshield replaced on my 2017 chevy pickup.
Set it up with Safelight , Ft Dodge IA.
Very accommodating !! Dropped off went to lunch with a co worker , they were done before we finished lunch.
Like new , no leaks , no whistles !
