The office staff and the customer service rep didn’t have enough information to reply to my questions. We have used this company five other times. I noticed that this time the price doubled! They didn’t have a reason other than “maybe it’s the rates they give your insurance”. The first customer service person said maybe they could wave the mobile and another fee—50 dollars— but then hung up after talking to the store and didn’t follow through on the discount so I had to call again and re-explain my situation. There was never an explanation but the second rep did give me a discount like the one the first rep mentioned.
The reps should be better trained to give answers that sound believable. I still say there’s no way the price of glass doubled in 2 years! Incredible !
If it were an item I could return I would have done it already. The time frame is ridiculous and if it is not fixed soon , I will be asking for a full refund.
