Fantastic service!
Review by Nancy K. on 16 Jan 2026review stating Fantastic service!
We had our windshield replaced in Hopewell, NJ, this week. Your tech was fantastic! He alerted us to the fact that the crack in my car's windshield had been filled with resin, but we hadn't made the repair. He helped us take a clear photo of it that we submitted to the car dealership from which we had bought the car just a few weeks ago. The windshield was damaged in the shop when we took the car back in for paint touchup, although we didn't notice it for two days, as we didn't drive during the ice storm. It had to have happened at the dealership during the paint touchup. We got no response from the dealership when we asked for reimbursement, but a complaint to the Better Business Bureau did the trick. Thank you to the tech! I can't remember his name. Maybe it started with an O? Please relay our thanks. We wouldn't have known the damage and repair had happened at the dealership if it hadn't been for him. And my used car looks brand new again!
