I reported to my insurance company the crack in my windshield, who instantly sent MD to Satellite. The representative processed the claim and scheduled a mobile unit to replace windshield in my driveway. Started off with a 1-5 timeslot 6 then morning off it was changed to 3-5. Great! The mobile tech was very polite giving us a time frame, which he met.
I easily paid my deductible online through their system and money transferred when service was complete.

I took my car to the Fairless Hills PA location. Every person there was wonderful. Very friendly and professional. My car was done faster than promised and they explained everything. Could not have been better!

Very pleased with the results, but it took a long time to schedule. 30 days from contacting Safelite to installation date. Technician showed up mid afternoon for an AM appointment and did not have tools to calibrate cameras. Needed to go into shop to finish job.
