My technician was Jeromy. The excellence and quality of repair was outstanding. As a teacher, I am always curious regarding jobs that require training, but not necessarily college for a successful career. I watched Jeromy and asked him many questions. He patiently explained the process while he worked quickly and efficiently. He didn’t leave a scrap of material or even any of the leaves that were stuck in trim when he replaced my Honda CRV’s windshield. I have seldom experienced such excellent and respectful customer care. Added to that my windshield is beautiful! The whole process, from my insurance, setting up the appointment, the text reminders and the service was awesome!!! Thank you! Shout out to Jeromy and the S. Everett Shop!!
