I live in Gold Beach Or. and had an appointment for 1pm . We had something come up and had to get back home they rescheduled me for 10am . Changed my windshield fixed my rear view mirror without me asking. I was on the road headed home at 11;30 very prompt and professional service.

Today I finally got my windshield replaced AGAIN so that the collision avoidance system, front radar system, front defrost and heater grid work. When I returned to Safelite and said that the "Collision Avoidance System Disabled" message kept appearing, I was told that they could find no issues, they refused to re-calibrate, and that "perhaps a leaf had covered my camera or my windshield was dirty. " I found that I was treated in a demeaning and shaming way. It has taken me 2 1/2 months to finally solve this problem with trips to body shops, Volvo service department and finally a different glass replacement shop. Everyone I saw discovered systems that were no longer working after your replacement on 11/29. I hope you will NEVER talk down to a customer again. After two trips from Corvallis and a complete waste of my time, I would never recommend your glass shop to anyone.
