I received just the right amount of emails/texts to keep me in the know of when my appointment was as reminders days leading up to the house call to replace my windshield.
The windshield technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He told me exactly what needed to be done and answered all my questions perfectly. If I had the authority to give him a raise, I would. I would definitely want him working on my vehicle again.
I did feel terrible he had to come out during freezing weather. I think the temperature was in the teens (Fahrenheit). I wish the operator that took my original call would have told me that a crack in a windshield does not need to be fixed as soon as possible. I would have waited for warmer weather to have it done.
