I live more than 1hr away and when I scheduled an incorrect service for mobile, the worker was very polite and informed me after he assessed the damage. I rescheduled for the correct service and the next worker replaced my windshield in less than 1 hour. I am very impressed and thankful that Safelite was able to send out two fantastic employees and provided a service that my local auto glass company could not in such a timely manner.
