The customer service provided was good, the only thing is that i called safelite and left a message to call me back, i also sent an email. I needed to inform you that the vin number was not visible.

Had my windshield repaired about two weeks ago. Repair man called me when he was on his way and showed up to my job. Took possession of my vehicle and in less than 20 mins, job was done. Repair done very well, left vehicle very clean and repair man was very courteous and prifessional.
