Quick and easy. Bryan was very professional and helpful. One suggestion, spruce up the shop. It's dark and depressing, not a place I'd want to wait. A fresh coat of brighter paint and perhaps a few amenities would be a good investment.

I set up the appointment with the understanding that My Volvo XC90 windshield at a cost of $542.76. At this point Safelite knows what care I have... Why can't they say that there is going to be an additional charge for the recalibration of the the driver's aid pod attached to the windshield? But I get another message later that the recalibration was going to be another $395 for a service that should only take an hour or two. So they are charging $200 - $400 an hour for a service. Automotive repair labor in Colorado is between $135 and $150. So that's a rip off. But I go ahead with the service... I get the windshield replaced. The car gets returned to us after the service tech takes the care to the Safelite location to do the calibration. We get the car back and didn't drive the car that day. The next day My wife takes that car into town and noticed that all the Driver's aids are inoperable. I take the car back to Safelite that Monday. The tech plays around with the car for a while and then tries to blame the condition of the car as being a previously existing condition of the car even though none of the faults were on the pre-scan of the vehicle. He then suggested that we take the car back to Volvo to assess and fix.

I thought that original manufacture parts, including putting back the exact same type windshield that was in my car, which had Ford Explorer imprint on the windshield. The service writer said he had never seen that before just FYI.
