From start to finish, the service was excellent. The person I spoke with helped get me an appointment asap and was both friendly and professional. When I arrived, the service rep was friendly and knowledgeable, even recommending a place I could eat lunch while I waited. The job was done faster than I expected and they even removed my next oil change sticker from the old windshield and put it on the new one! My safety features on the windshield were recalibrated correctly per a notice from my vehicle. Great experience. These folks know what they’re doing! Highly recommend!

Georgetown DE based Safelite went above and beyond! Original installation of windshield was not an OEM. HUD was blurred. Manager had no problem with replacing it with an OEM. All working perfectly. Manager and techs encountered were very professional and accommodating
