He told me then that he had clipped the Sirius antenna cable, but Safelite would fix it. Time went by and I didn't do anything about until recently we shattered a passenger side window. Safelite never batted an eye. The owner called me when the parts came, we scheduled an appointment, and Todd the tech fixed both problems with excellence. Thanks Safelite!

So when I called Safelite and set up an appointment at their shop, the tech said the first guy probably pressed down too much on the windshield which caused the air/ road noise. They replaced it without any problems. I am now satisfied except for the fact that I had to spend more time on it.
