I arrived without an appointment and the manager, who didn't bat an eye, took my keys and said he'd work me in. From start to finish I was only in the lobby for about 75 minutes. The mirror was professionally reattached and I was NOT charged!

Had to call 6 times and then go through corporate customer service and was told a price. Then there were add-ons, so I asked for out-the-door price and was told $863 for a windshield replacement. The corporate person scheduled the appointment for Saturday at 9:00 a. m. I told the corporate customer service person to make sure the parts and personnel were there. At our September 20, 2025, appointment, we sent a friend to take the car in. They were told that the parts were not there, and there was no one available to talk to about the situation.

Difficult Customer Service
Review by Brandon on 16 Jun 2025review stating Difficult Customer Service
Tried to schedule windshield replacement for my Tesla Model Y, however, their website forces you to agree to "recalibrate" the self-driving cameras, "possibly at an additional cost. " This is something that can be done by the owner for free in the car's service menu. I called their service number and the agent played dumb and read a canned response about it being a "safety" feature. In short I went with a competitor.
