Windshield repair was done. My first appointment date was between 8am to 1pm, after waiting all morning I received a call from Manager Gerald around 12 noon. He said the Windshield arrived late and the tech had just left, and someone from the parts dept was supposed to call me. Now he is calling me this late. We agreed on an extra $50 discount with the other previous discount of over $100. The amount would be $1,143. 05. When the tech came the following weekend, the amount changed to $1,261. 85. I told to him to do the job and I will talk it over with Gerald, since he was not at work that day said the tech. I have been trying to reach Gerald from April 27, with no luck. Safelite of Conyers you have to treat you customer better, your word supposed to mean something!

I dropped my car off for a windshield replacement. It only took about 2 hours. I received updates via text and phone calls. Friendly staff. I hope I never need to use Safelite's service again but if I do I know where to go.
