When the windshield was replaced the tech forgot to reinstall the tube for the washer fluid, and when had to refill the reservoir, it all drained out. Also it is very difficult to speak to someone at the company.

I have been waiting for a call more than a month from the Sawmill location for the replacement of the trim on my vehicle after my repair. I was told that it is on back order, but at least someone could call to give an update after a month.

I had my Chrysler crossfire windshield replaced. Looked perfect even when the technician though he would have a concern.

My windshield was installed poorly and therefore resulted in a perfectly clean crack from the top down within 2 weeks of the service. While wasting my time to go back for warranty service, I was told within half a second by a service tech that it was an impact and then he rudely walked away without saying another word. I did not feel respected from this at all. Also, not one person to speak to about this issue on the phone. Does anyone work for safelite other than the mechanics?

I recently had my windshield replaced and the technician tells me in the parking lot that he broke my rear view mirror. He proceeds to tell me that he ran to the local auto part store to get a replacement and asked that I try it. I shared onsite that it felt much smaller than my original mirror and was not good quality. He stated it is fully covered and I can call back to get it replaced. I am not happy and want my original OEM mirror or at least same size and quality. There is no way to call the shop and no way to get a live person on the phone. I have used the online form and still no one calls me back. I guess I will need to take time off of work to go back to the shop that did the repair. This is the worst customer service on all levels. Very disappointed.
