I have had 2 scheduled appointments (different days), received correspondence regarding both, waited all day for each appointment, and no tech ever showed up. Then, I have been transferred numerous times and no one seems to know what is going on stating no tech was ever assigned. I've been rescheduled again, let's hope they actually show up. I was told the manage was going to call, hasn't happen as of 3hrs later.

Needed to get a full windshield replacement the team was wonderful. Communicative throughout the repair process and the job done swiftly. Hopefully I never need to replace it again but i’d most certainly bring it back here.
