Making the appointment was easy, they worked with my insurance company, showed up when they said they would, kept me updated on everything that was going on. My technician did a great job and it did not take very long. I was happy that they came to where I was.

Pedro was very helpful and explain everything i needed to know to take care of my windshield. Also he was there on time and did a great job!. I would highly suggest to use safelite for any glass replacement. They are fast and affordable!

I dropped off my vehicle and later received a phone call that my car was ready and I could pick it up. I was also told there was an issue with my hood which was cracked. I arrived and saw that my hood was chipped, The new glass that was installed was also cracked. My car is new but the Safelite team tried to place the blame on me and said I had an issue with my hood before it was turned in. After some back and forth, they agreed to pay for the repair and to replace the glass. I am frustrated that I have to take time off of work to have my car repaired. I also didn't appreciate that Safelite didn't take ownership of the accident when they first told me about the issue.
