I had my Tesla windshield replaced and recalibrated. Booking on line was quick and easy. The staff was very nice, helpful and replaced the windshield quickly. I give them a 4 because apparently due to a corporate decision in 2025 the local office numbers are not published, so it is literally impossible to get the local phone number if you need to call and speak with them. So, I recommend when you drop off your car to ask for their card so you have the local number in the event you need to call them directly. Don't bother wasting 45 minutes on their website and with their chat bot... you will not get a person or a local number.

This was my second time to have my windshield replaced. Booking was effortless. Wait time was accurate. I met both the young man who changed the windshield as well as the manager. The installer (Joshua I believe) was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I truly appreciate quality customer service like he provided! Having to pay for a windshield replacement is not necessarily a fun thing, but working with a professional like Joshua makes it a pleasant experience, and I had full confidence in the job he completed.
