After he’s done, he left and I went outside to check and then I realized it was white scratches on the truck hood and he made inside the car he broke inside panels by the glass and now when I drive I hear rattling from the plastic .

Windshield washer?

All went well with our windshield replacement. A couple of days later I tried to clean the window with the windshield washer, and it would not work. It worked well prior to bringing it in to have the windshield replaced. After investigating the problem, I found that someone in the shop while they were installing the windshield unplug the hose, where it goes to the wipers, and never reattached the hose. Replaced the hose where it plugs into and all is fine. Other than that highly recommend done in a very timely manner and employees were all courteous and respectful and would definitely recommend someone to go to this location if they have an issue with their glass.
