Had an appointment between 12pm and 5pm and they showed up at 6:30pm and still couldn't do the installation because they forgot parts. I had to call and reschedule (after they said they'd call me) and they were a complete no show. Calling their customer service line got me no where. I requested a call back, and instead I got a cheery automated message that they have changed my schedule to an even wider time slot of 8am to 5pm tomorrow, when I won't even be around. Absolutely the worst.
