Both my son and I have been trying for 2 days to get thru and speak to a live person. Finally, the last straw was when I thought I would me contact. . . . . the automated system said, No one is available and HUNG UP THE PHONE! Gosh, I wish I would have brought the car somewhere else!

absolutely terrible service at this location. First was told over the phone it was a 1 hour appointment. I arrived a little early then was told it was a 3 hour appointment. After 4 hours, still not finished. The people working in the facility were more concerned about having personal conversations instead of servicing the customers. They were rude and i will never go back! Looks like other reviewers are saying the same thing, Safelite needs to fix this problem. If i could zero stars, i would

Everyone at the West WT Harris safelite location was awesome. They were very friendly and did a great job installing my replacement windshield. There is a TV to watch and WiFi in the waiting room so I was able to work on my laptop while I waited.
