I think the people that work for you at Safelite are very nice, polite, and seem to know their job, but, there is something wrong with the parts you are ordering. After the glass windshield was replaced they tried to fit the part against the windshield that goes around the rear view mirror. They STILL don't have the proper part to finish the job. I had to bring my car in twice and wait and still you didnt have it finished. Very diappointing! My car is a 2019 Honda CRV EX
