Thanks so much for a quick fix! One suggestion I have is to put something inside to catch shards of glass. I sat down on my driver seat to find slivers of glass on my leg. This was not enough to give leas than 5 stars and overshadow a job well done overall!

From start to finish, this was a perfect experience. My insurance company connected me to the lovely operator at Safelite, and she was able to make me an at-home appointment within a couple of days. Jimmy kept in constant contact with me, letting me know exactly when he would arrive. Once at my location, he took complete control. He moved my car to a convenient location and went to work changing out my windshield. It took him less than 90 minutes! Not only did he replace the front windshield, but Jimmy cleaned all of the windows in my vehicle AND vacuumed the front seat area, and made me aware of a malfunctioning rain gauge on my windshield (from a previous incident). Jimmy was prompt, courteous, friendly and thorough. I cannot thank him (and Safelite) enough for a great job!
