I had a mobile "fix" on a small, quarter sized crack from a rock that hit my windshield. We had several 90 degree days in a row. The tech showed up and told me that my windshield was pretty hot from being in the direct sunlight & 90 degree heat all day. Instead of recommending a rescheduling, he went ahead and applied the "fix" to which it spread the crack even further across my windshield. I drug my feet with scheduling my windshield replacement because to be honest, I had very little faith and trust that they could handle it. It would be a replacement and recalibration of my safety system on my Toyota Rav4. I scheduled my replacement at the store per the recommendation of the mobile tech that came initially. I attempted to call the store on the day of my replacement (yesterday) and ended up having to call the customer service line for them to get ahold of the store. The tech called me once my car was "finished" and only mentioned about not washing my car in a car wash for a little. Nothing about how my recalibration wasn't even completed at the time of my appt. I had to figure that out by an email sent the day after (today). If I have any window issues in the future, I will never be using this company again and I suggest you look elsewhere to get a fix or replacement.

Had to come back 3 times still didn't work but they still charged me for a calibration they didn't do. They took off the premium wipers I had on and put cheap junk that I already had to replace and charged me an extra $60. Go elsewhere.
