Safelite repair was exactly as expected. We made an appointment and got an estimate based on our car model and year. The appointment went quickly, the windshield was replaced, and the cost was just as estimated.

Scheduled repairs over the phone, Brandi was great and very helpful. Arrived at the shop about 20 minutes early and they took my truck in and began the repairs. My truck was ready in 2 hours when they had originally targeted 2 1/2 to 3 hours for the repairs. Their text updates once I arrived were great, even after the repairs were done. Safelite team was great, would highly recommend them.
