First off, the way they schedule work is misleading. I had a drop and go appointment (don't get sacked into that) and dropped my car off at 7:30 am with an email that claimed the work would be finished and ready to be picked up. At 4:00 pm I attempted to contact them and found that the number goes to a call service. After hoong through the automatesystem twice, I finally got to talk to a real person who then had to contact the shop to get a status. At that time I was told my car would be done in 3 hours. Concerned that the shop closes at 5:00, I asked for the direct number which was the same number I got to talk to machines. Finally I spoke to someone at the shop who told me my car was "next" to go in, and he would contact me tonight when it was finished or I could get it tomorrow. I'm sorry but that whole process is unacceptable. They do good work if it's a regular windshield they can come do but don't expect that service if a calibration is needed.

Cannot talk to anyone. All you talk to is a machine. Poor contact with costumer. My clients being able to talk with someone instead of messaging poor way to communicate

The glass was replaced well and in a reasonable time and the staff were nice.
However, the skirting under the hood was not reattached properly and one of the plastic hinges was snapped.
Also, the plastic skirting around the drivers camera is not snug and looser than before.
