Our technician was incredibly polite, explain the process and time needed and walked me through what I needed to do once the windshield was installed. My only feedback is the inside of my car was a bit dirty with debris and I was not anticipating that. The mobile service is incredibly helpful and I will use this service again.

The technician who came to our house was very professional, and went over and above in installing the new windshield. The rearview mirror had mostly one off the old windshield. So he used a solution to take off the sticky residue from having to mirror taped on the old windshield temporarily.

We got in right away and had great service. Our only complaint is you need more comfortable furniture in your lobby. 3 hrs is a long time to sit in a hard plastic chair. Otherwise the staff was courteous, the lobby was clean and we received fast service.

I was real pleased with the entire experience. The woman at the Beaverton store was a hoot. We were like old friends by the time we finished the scheduling. Joshua (the technician) was very nice and explained everything to do and watch for after the install. The price was fantastic too! The only complaint I have is that Joshua was so tall I got a neck pain looking up to talk to him. LOL! I would highly recommend these guys to anybody. Keep up the great work!
