They did a great job. The only thing that I did not agree with was a customer came in with a problem and I had to wait until his needs were taken care of first. I feel they should have waited until it was his turn. Wasn’t right that I had to wait longer to get mine done.

Everything was great. The scheduling was real easy entering name address phone vehicle info insurance info. I dropped off after hours night before and picked it up a tally 6 days later went on vacation. They texted me when they started and when finished and when I could of picked it up with instructions on the vehicle safety recalibrations was all done. Only thing they didn't do is put the state inspection stickers on new w/s which PA law says they are not allowed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

4/11/26, Saturday morning, dropped off onsite in Beaver Falls, PA. I met and spoke with the technician and counter service agent. Both were very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a clear understanding of the process and a reasonable, approximate pick-up time.
