I just had My Windshield put on my 2018 Ford Escape SE Today. The Technician was Awesome. I can't remember his name. But He was Very Very Professional and Thoral. He took his time. Did a Excellent job. Reset my wipers and. Cleaned up his mess Very well. I'm Very Happy with The Service and His Professional expertise. He Did a Great job on my car. I'd Say Give This Tech a Big Raise. He did Professional Quality Work. To A ( T. ) I'm Very impressed with His Professional work. And I Would Recommend Safelite to anyone. My rear windshield was replaced. The clean up was rushed and poorly done. It was their last stop. They said the day had been trying, it had rained all day, etc. My car was in a big garage, no problem with rain here. I think they wanted to get done and get out. When he was tapping out the remaining glass in the frame it landed on a piece of plastic I keep under my stuff in the area. He kept flicking it back inside. I told him nicely I would prefer if he shook it out on the garage floor instead of flipping it back over stuff in the cargo area. He said it didn't matter because they would vacuum it up, (why make it worse when there was no reason to do so?) It would have been just as simple to put it outside as it was to put it inside. At that point I left the area. My daughter stayed around. She said they swept the area a little but when I checked within 10 minutes there were large crumbles of glass all around the inside area. The car had not been moved and I had made sure to open the hatch very gently. There were glass crumbles all over the area. That much definitely DID NOT fall from the hatch opening. He just rushed and didn't take time to half do it. I worry they rushed the actual installation which could cause issues later.

Gentlemen (sorry did not get name) showed as scheduled. Great personality to complement his great skill. Work was superior and equal to or better than manufacturers. Left two days later for Indianapolis. Massive rain storms going and coming back. The work got tested pretty well. No issues. Thanks for a job well done.
