I submitted a review on a windshield replacement that was completed in March.
Safelite damaged my glove box door with adhesive. A Safelite technician returned and removed the adhesive leaving a white spot on the glove box door. Incompetent and careless the technician did not cover the dash during the windshield replacement.
I have received nothing but the runaround from Safelite. The tech that removed the adhesive took pictures. Not good enough. After weeks of runaround I was told to take my car to the I35 store in Austin. Pictures were taken again by another tech. He told me he would provide the pictures to management. I would be contacted in a week. That was nearly 3 weeks ago.

Horrible experience replacing my truck windshield! First try, it leaked. Loud wind when driving. Had to wait a week for a tech to come back and remove the glass and he found a gap not sealed.
Then this tech couldn't get the seal in correctly. It was sticking out on the driver side. Had to wait a week for another tech to come and bring the correct seal.
3rd tech came and discovered the wipers had been put on backwards from the previous tech and there was black sealant left on the hood.
4th time they finally installed it correctly but management refused to do anything about the black sealant on my paint.
