The customer service was excellent & they performed the work on-time. The wrong windshield was ordered but they quickly recovered & got me the next available appointment and my discount was in my account immediately. Thank you Safelite.

I had set up the time for Safelite at come and replace my windshield on my pickup at my house. They came as scheduled but then upon completion wanted to hand me a bill when they had been told the replacement was covered by my insurance. Instead of them working with the insurance company they kept calling me for payment. Then even once that was finally straightened out, I still got two calls (after it had already been installed) waning to set up dates the replace the windshield. By the way, the installer did a great job and was very professional.

I couldn't be more disappointed with the results of my windshield repair. A silver dollar sized spider web chip that was filled. It looks the same as when I took it there. The technician should have suggested a replacement windshield. Instead I paid $227.88 and it looks as though nothing was done. I will recommend to everyone that they never use your company.

Thank you for your review. The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass, at times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip.
