Your web site is very well designed and allows a complete order and installation schedule. The technician, Sam arrived as planned and did a very professional job removing the unwanted slider window and installing the replacement glass. His demeanor and willingness to allow me to watch were excellent. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who is fortunate enough to have him on your scheduled visit.

Review by Anthony G. on 14 Sep 2026review stating Repair then replacement of my windshield
Whole driving on the interstate recently I had a loud noise and later found a small Crack near the bottom of the windshield. I put in a claim with Nationwide and Safelite called me to schedule a repair between 8 and 12 a few days in the future. Conner arrived at 8:30 and did the repair quickly. He was courteous and meticulous both with the repair and clean-up. Unfortunately, and probably because the crack was so close to the edge, it started crack again. This time Ivan came to replace my windshield a few days later. Ivan was also prompt and courteous and did a great job. I couldn't find a scratch or mark or any indication my windshield had been replaced. And the new one looked exactly like the factory original. Great job by both men.
