As you can imagine it was a large waste of time the first three visits, rearranging my schedule and the frustration of not getting it finish the first time made for poor customer experience.
The final work was good but I had to notice that a molding piece was missing after the third visit causing my forth trek to their shop.
Overall the team there was very nice but the third and fourth time was definitely not the charm.
I had a 4:45 appointment on New Year’s Day...decided to change to an earlier time...arrived at 1:30, at the S.Cooper, Arlington facility. I was advised there was no availability but if I wish to take a chance and wait; I may benefit from “No-Shows” or cancellations for the 2 o’clock appointments. I did...and drove away, satisfied, at 3:15!
