Walked in to the Apollo Beach location on 2/8/25 to set a date for a rear windshield replacement. Spoke with mgr John and set a date for 2/25/25 to allow him to get pricing on factory vs. after market materials. Today is 2/25 and I contacted the office to discuss my appointment only to learn they never submitted for a quote for the factory window and never order an after-market replacement. Now, 2 weeks in, I have no window and no appointment. The secretary would not allow me to speak with John and she had not answers or options for me, except to say they can order a glass today and have it in another 10 days. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE is a compliment in this case.
