I was extremely satisfied with my experience with SAFELITE. I would recommend. this Service to everyone. The technician was courteous and thorough. Vandalism, is the reason I turned to SAFELITE. I am happy that I took the advice and called SAFELITE. The technician put my mind at ease when I explained how violated I felt with the vandalism that occurred on my car. Trey was great coming over and getting our car fixed after the moose head butted our back window. Guess he thought another moose was challenging him, it is rutting season right now in Alaska.

Technician was courteous and prompt on scheduled times. Car had rust in frame, requiring replacement be at an auto shop for possible repair to frame, which took a far amount of time and scheduling coordination. I suggest having more information on website / applications to highlight the issue before scheduling.
