He was friendly and professional he did a great job on the windshield but the wipers I paid for look used like he didn't change them i called him the next day and told him this was on Friday I asked him to come look at them on Monday he said yes he looked at them and said it is there brand so he must have changed them he told me I could take my truck to there building and talk with them not worth it you can do your windshield but nothing else

Had an appointment today, they never showed up. Called, the lady who answered said she would leave them a message. Called back 2 hours later after not hearing from them, can't get anyone on the phone.

Good job on replacing window. Got in promptly. I had the window already removed, but was still charged 39. 00 recycling fee when there was nothing to recycle.

I had the back windows, pop out, replaced at Safelite June 2025. Today I discovered they did not replace the latch on the driver's side, the one that keeps the window open. There's no way to contact them my phone. If no one answers you can't leave a message, forcing a person to go back into their shop. The windshield in my 4Runner they also replaced cracked immediately from bad seating, but they blamed a rock. I would never advise getting any glass replacement from Safelite.
