Safelite Group announces Renee Cacchillo promotion to Customer Experience Officer
COLUMBUS, OHIO – Safelite® Group, parent company to Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair, replacement, and calibration services, and Safelite® Solutions, the nation’s leading fleet and insurance claims management service partner, announced the promotion of Renee Cacchillo to Executive Vice President, Customer Experience Officer (CXO).
Cacchillo will continue to lead Customer, Brand and Technology with the added responsibility of Safelite® Solutions, a comprehensive end-to-end claims management solutions business with more than 200 insurance and fleet clients.
“As the architect of our Customer Driven strategy, Renee’s proven record of success in improving customer and business insights has been evidentsince first joining Safelite in 2011,” President and CEO Tom Feeney said. “Throughout her tenure, she has developed Safelite’s strategies and focus on innovation, as well as held a significant presence with clients through the Solutions business.”
