Safelite AutoGlass® Wins Two 2012 Best in Biz Awards
Safelite’s HR team was honored with a Gold medal for its “blogsafelite.com/downloads/PeoplePledge.pdf” initiative – a strategy to drive business performance by having an obsessive focus on having great people. Safelite’s HR department has recently won a number of awards for People First, including Workforce Management’s www.workforce.com/article/20120430/AWARDS/120439999/optimas-awards. As a result, employee engagement has led to Safelite® being recognized among the 2012 “Top Places to Work in Iowa,” Best Places to Work in Phoenix,” and “Best Places to Work in South Carolina.”
In addition, Safelite® was recognized for the second year in a row with a Silver medal for its commitment to customer service.
