Safelite AutoGlass Relocates Charleston Shop
The 30,383-square-foot facility, combining both warehouse space and service bays, is more than three times larger than the previous Cross County Road location. The larger size allows Safelite AutoGlass® to store larger quantities and more variety of glass parts in order to provide more same-day or next-day service to local customers – either in-shop or mobile.
“We have a great local team here in Charleston, and we’re looking forward to improving not only their work environment but also the customer experience,” said Harry Rowland, general manager. “In-shop customers will notice an improvement in the waiting room while all customers will experience a quicker speed to service.”
Safelite® customers in the Charleston area and elsewhere can receive a quote or schedule service at safelite.com or by calling 1-800-800-ASAP (2727). Both in-shop and mobile vehicle glass service appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
