Safelite AutoGlass Opens New Shop in Webster, Tex., Near NASA Space Center, to Better Serve Customers
The 6,800-square-foot shop can stock more than 200 glass parts and has service bays for up to 10 cars at a time. The increased space and inventory allows Safelite to better serve customers with more same-day or next-day in-shop service. The customer waiting area is large and comfortable and a clear view into the service area. Mobile appointments remain an option.
Jason Soumang serves as the store manager overseeing seven employees with plans to hire several technician trainees this year.
“Customer service is our priority at Safelite AutoGlass and that means we have to be prepared to repair or replace a customer’s vehicle glass when and where they need it, so we’re happy to offer Houston area customers more options with the opening of this store,” said Ron Schiebler, Safelite’s district manager. “We look forward to continuing to serve as a trusted business partner in the community of Webster.”
Safelite customers can receive a quote or schedule service at safelite.com or by calling 1-800-800-2727. Both in-shop and mobile vehicle glass service appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
