Safelite AutoGlass® Opens 10th Chicago-Area Store in Morton Grove
CHICAGO – Sept. 24, 2012 - Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, opened a new store located at 8910 Waukegan Road, Morton Grove, IL, 60053 on September 20, 2012. With this addition, Safelite AutoGlass® now has a total of 10 locations in the Chicago area.
The 4,600-square-foot facility is located near the Dempster and Waukegan intersection and offers customers a comfortable waiting area with cable TV, snacks, and beverages.
Antonio Savino serves as the store manager, overseeing six employees. The new facility allowed Safelite® to hire a new technician with plans to hire another next year.
“We are excited to open our latest Safelite location in the city of Morton Grove. Adding this location will help us better serve the local surrounding communities and give our customers a chance to see our bright, new facility, which will provide customers with a better experience,” said Chris Sugano, Safelite’s local general manager. “Not only can we stock more glass parts for quicker service, but the customer waiting area is larger and more comfortable.”

Both in-shop and mobile vehicle glass service appointments are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturday, and 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday.
