Safelite AutoGlass® Opens 10th Chicago-Area Store in Berwy
CHICAGO – April 25, 2013 - Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, recently opened a new store located at 6538-40 Ogden Avenue in Berwyn, Ill. With this addition, Safelite AutoGlass® now has a total of 10 locations in the Chicago area.
The 4,000-square-foot facility easily houses up to 200 vehicle glass products for faster same-day or next-day service to the western Chicago community. Mobile appointments remain an option.
The Berwyn store is easily accessible from I-55 and Highway 290 and offers customers a comfortable waiting area with cable TV and complementary beverages.
Hector Perez serves as the store manager, overseeing five employees. The new facility allowed Safelite® to hire a new technician with plans to hire more in the future.

Small chips or cracks can easily and effectively be filled to restore the windshield’s original structural integrity and prevent further damage. It can be a safe and economical alternative to a full windshield replacement. It only takes about a half hour in our shop.”
