Safelite AutoGlass honored with Best Places to Work by Columbus Business First
COLUMBUS, Ohio – For the sixth year in a row, Safelite AutoGlass®, the largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services in the U.S., has been named a winner of the Columbus Business First Best Places to Work awards.
This marks the 13th anniversary of Columbus Business First’s Best Places to Work program, honoring central Ohio employers who create an outstanding workplace culture. Awards were presented at a luncheon held Wednesday, Nov. 8, at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Columbus.

Selection was determined by respondents’ answers to 30 questions regarding different aspects of their work experience. Awards were based on the number of local employees in five categories: Extra-large companies with 250+; large companies with 100-249; medium companies with 50-99; small companies with 25-49; and micro companies with 10-24 local employees.
With hundreds of companies in the running, Safelite was honored in the extra-large category. The company’s commitment to “people first” has led to a notably robust associate experience, and recognition as an award winner for the sixth consecutive year.
