Safelite AutoGlass Hires Nebraska General Manager

OMAHA, Neb. – June 21, 2012 – Safelite AutoGlass® – the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services – has hired Bill Gagnon as the general manager for the Nebraska market, which covers more than 90 percent of Nebraska and portions of western Iowa and southern South Dakota. Gagnon will oversee nine locations and 80 employees in the market. He will be responsible for growing the Nebraska market and focusing on continuous improvement of auto glass installations and distribution operations.

Gagnon brings 25 years of experience of leadership and management to the position. Most recently, he served as the operations manager for American Tire Distributors in Lincoln, Neb., where he was responsible for their largest warehouse operation in the Midwest as well as two satellite locations. Previously, Gagnon also worked at Lindsay Manufacturing as an operations manager for more than five years and spent 15 years as the warehouse manager at Wells Dairy.

Gagnon is originally from the Sioux City area and currently resides in Omaha.
