Safelite Group Welcomes New Director of Community Engagement
COLUMBUS, Ohio — Wendy Bradshaw joins Safelite® Group as the new director of community engagement. Bradshaw brings a wide breadth of experience to the company and will lead the Safelite AutoGlass® Foundation, dedicated to promoting the health and well-being of families in the communities where our associates live and work.

She brings an impressive background to this newly created role,” said Tom Feeney, Safelite Group president and CEO. “Wendy and I will work closely to determine a focused direction for the Safelite AutoGlass Foundation and enhance Safelite’s overall strategy as a trusted partner in our communities.”
In addition to leading the Safelite AutoGlass Foundation, Bradshaw will oversee the U.S. office of Afrika Tikkun, raising brand awareness and fundraising for our global partner charity in South Africa.
She previously spent nine years at Thirty-One Gifts, most recently in the role of executive director of community affairs and philanthropy. There, Bradshaw was instrumental in creating and leading Thirty-One Gifts’ corporate social impact strategy and establishing the Thirty-One Gives Foundation. Prior to Thirty-One Gifts, Bradshaw served in community roles at the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation and the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce.

Bradshaw holds a bachelor’s degree from Otterbein University and a certificate of corporate citizenship from Boston College. Bradshaw also serves on numerous boards, including Girl Talk, Inc., Ronald McDonald House Central Ohio, Nationwide Children’s Hospital Ambassador Council, Celebrate One Development Committee and Otterbein University Alumni Council.
