Safelite Group acquires Perfection Auto Glass of Muncie
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Safelite® Group, the nation’s leading vehicle glass services company and owner of Safelite AutoGlass®, has reached an agreement to acquire substantially all vehicle glass repair and replacement assets from Perfection Auto Glass of Muncie, which provides service in central Indiana. The transaction was completed at the close of business July 21, 2017.
Perfection Auto Glass is a family-owned operation that has been in business since 2002. The company was started and led by Jesse Cole. He felt selling the business to Safelite AutoGlass was in the best interest of their employees and customers. Safelite AutoGlass offers a caring and stable work environment that will afford employees growth opportunities.

Safelite AutoGlass will begin operating the Perfection Auto Glass Muncie facility and will welcome four Perfection Auto Glass employees to Safelite Group.
