Safelite AutoGlass Partners with Salt Lake Bees for a Good Cause
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah – Safelite AutoGlass®, a leading vehicle glass repair and replacement service provider in Salt Lake City, is pleased to become the official mobile auto glass company of the Salt Lake Bees, in a three-year partnership agreement.
The sponsorship includes the “Safelite Hits Program,” where Safelite will donate $5 for every hit the Salt Lake Bees collect during the regular season each year to Utah Food Bank. Last fall, the Safelite team in Salt Lake partnered with local insurance agents to offer customers free wiper blades in exchange for at least five cans/items of food to be donated to the Utah Food Bank. In addition, nine area locations had food bins during the two-month collection period. The team collected more than two tons of food and donated more than $1,000 dollars, which provides more than 7,000 meals.
“The Salt Lake Bees are committed to giving back to the community, and we are happy to be partners with a company that has the same values,” said Bees General Manager Marc Amicone. “We look forward to collecting a lot of hits and helping Safelite donate a lot of money to the Utah Food Bank.”
Additionally, Safelite will hold several Windshield Repair nights for season ticket holders in the primary Bees parking lot with dates to be announced.
