Safelite AutoGlass® Boston General Manager Chad Flowers Promoted to Regional Vice President, North Atlantic
BOSTON, Mass. – Jan. 16, 2013 - Safelite AutoGlass®, the nation’s largest provider of vehicle glass repair and replacement services, has promoted Chad Flowers from general manager of the Boston market to regional vice president of the North Atlantic region.
In this role, Flowers will oversee both field operations and field sales in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, northern New York, northeast Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont.
Flowers began his career with Safelite® in 2000 as a repair medic market manager in Columbus, Ohio, and has successfully held a variety of positions across the organization since then, including warehouse manager, repair development manager and manager of internal audit & quality assurance.
Under his leadership as general manager, the Boston market has made year-over-year improvements in sales, quality, service, profitability and associate engagement. The market has more than doubled in size, its Net Promoter Scores (customer satisfaction surveys) have gone from 68 percent to 86 percent, and last year, Boston was one of the top 10 markets in associate engagement for the company.
