Manager Jess Bailey Honored As Belron Procurement Leader of the Year
COLUMBUS, Ohio – Safelite® Group, the nation’s leading vehicle glass services and recalibration company and owner of Safelite AutoGlass®, is proud to announce Direct Materials Purchasing Manager Jess Bailey was honored with the Belron Procurement Leader of the Year award at an awards gala in England. Belron®, the parent company of Safelite Group, is the world's leading vehicle glass repair and replacement group.
Bailey leads a team of three at Safelite. She joined the company seven years ago and has worked in various supply chain roles until her recent promotion as Direct Materials Purchasing Manager. She credits much of her success to the amazing cross-functional supply chain team and the mentors here who have guided her along the way.
“We really have an awesome team here at Safelite and I am just thankful to be a part of it,” Bailey said. “Everyone works together so effortlessly and we are proud of the progress we've been able to make together in the business.”
Bailey was nominated for the award by Safelite AutoGlass Executive Vice President Steve Miggo, who described her as “an emerging leader who is sought out for her expert knowledge for all things supply chain.”

Not only has she delivered unprecedented results, but it has also been a year that has been marked by her stepping up to a different level as a leader in our business.
