Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the tortilla, followed by a spoonful of pizza sauce. Add a slice of mozzarella cheese and oregano seasoning to taste. Lay on your favorite pizza topping (we chose pepperoni). Roll up and cut into bite-sized pieces. Serve with pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
Mason Jar Berry Salad
Spinach (or favorite salad mix)
Mason jar salads are perfect because they are completely portable and customizable. Our summer berry salad is great for a light lunch on a hot day. Pour the dressing in bottom of the mason jar. Add spinach and layer on toppings. When it's time to dig in, shake the jar so the ingredients combine and enjoy!
