What’s the best thing about being a technician? Doing an awesome job and being proud when it’s finished.

What do you like about Safelite? I actually feel like I am a part of the Safelite family.

Do you have a favorite customer experience? Having customers call me back again and again to fix their cars or their family members’ cars – it means I must be doing something right!

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? My wife and two daughters… and sometimes my dogs and crazy cat!
