How did you get started as a technician? I always took interest in working on cars. When I saw Safelite AutoGlass was hiring, I decided to give it a shot, and I love it.

What’s the best thing about being a technician? Being able to work on a wide variety of vehicles and talking with customers and hearing their stories.

What’s the most memorable experience you’ve had at Safelite? The day I passed my Sika test*. I was so relieved and excited to be able to call myself an auto glass technician!

Do you have a favorite customer experience? When a customer told me I totally changed his negative view toward his experience into a positive.

Outside of work, what are you passionate about? Hanging out with my family.
